I’m delighted to introduce myself as Codestone’s Head of Client Experience. I joined the business six months ago, bringing over 15 years of client and engagement management experience. Since joining, I’ve seen first-hand how passionate our teams are about supporting clients and delivering real value.
My role was created to ensure your experience with Codestone feels connected, consistent, and seamless across every interaction – whether you work with us on ERP, EPM, Cloud, Managed Services, Support, or Transformation projects.

- More regular and transparent communication, including this new client newsletter, to keep you informed about updates, improvements, and client stories.
- Enhanced opportunities for feedback, through an improved Client Satisfaction (CSAT) programme.
- A stronger focus on action, ensuring we listen, respond, and continuously improve based on your input.
