With over two decades at Codestone, Dan has been crucial to the company’s growth. After joining Codestone in its infancy in 2000, he now oversees all revenue generating processes across multiple teams, working to deliver excellence and innovation to our 1,000+ customers located around the world. His extensive experience allows Dan to deeply understand client needs and market trends, ensuring Codestone’s solutions enable customers to achieve their own strategic goals with ever faster time to value. In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, playing sport and getting in or on the water.

Rupert leads Codestone’s Data & Insights division, bringing extensive experience in data analytics and AI-enabled business intelligence to the role. Under Rupert’s leadership, the Data & Insights team develops and delivers analytics tools that empower clients to unlock the full potential of their data. Natasha brings 12 years of specialised experience in technology law to her role as Head of Legal at Codestone. Her career began in private practice, advising clients across sectors on corporate and commercial matters. With nine years in financial services, Natasha has guided numerous digital transformation projects and addressed diverse commercial and technology issues. Her expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts for IT consultancy, cloud services, and IT development is complemented by her understanding of change management’s crucial role in technology innovation. Natasha has contributed to several £100 million digital transformation initiatives, including one of Europe’s largest wealth management re-platforming projects. Outside work, she combines her passion for photography with travel, often exploring coastlines for inspiration.

Andy’s two-decade tenure in consulting has honed his ability to deliver transformative customer solutions. His unique combination of financial acumen as a CIMA-qualified accountant and deep technical expertise allows him to bridge the gap between business needs and technological capabilities. Andy’s leadership of the Professional Services division is marked by his analytical approach to problem-solving and his talent for communicating complex ideas across all levels of an organisation. Don joined Codestone in 2022 as the Non-Executive Chairman, bringing over 40 years of experience in the Technology industry. His career includes roles as President of Central and Eastern Europe for Microsoft, overseeing 33 countries, and Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of Hewlett Packard Enterprises in the USA. Don has also served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Services at Sun Microsystems and Director of Northern Europe for IBM. Throughout his career, he has transformed businesses across SMEs, mid-market, and enterprises, with a keen focus on technology’s impact on productivity, economic growth, and well-being.

Dan’s career began in the London City before transitioning to IT, where he worked on migrating legacy trading applications to Windows-based environments. After a successful period in sales, he became Managing Director of Codestone’s Infrastructure Division in 1999, where he helped create the Cloud Services business through key strategic partnerships. In 2008, Dan became Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing the Group’s commercial activities. In 2024, he took up the role as Investment Advisor to continue shaping Codestone’s strategic acquisition and integrations direction. Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing golf and windsurfing in Poole Bay.
