Augmenting DEI Programmes and
Promoting Employee Voice

We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) culture, knowing that a diverse team is key to innovation and success. Our DEI initiatives include dedicated Women in Tech programmes to support gender balance in the tech industry, alongside comprehensive DEI policies, ongoing training, and reporting to ensure accountability and progress.

We actively engage with employees through our internal culture committee and a feedback platform, encouraging open dialogue and ensuring every voice is heard and valued. Additionally, we are actively looking at the gender pay gap, with a commitment to ensuring pay equity across all levels of the business. By continuing to enhance our DEI programmes, we are creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Our employee-led culture committee empowers team members to shape a workplace that reflects their values and experiences. Rotating membership brings fresh ideas, broadens representation, and fosters genuine engagement, helping to build a more inclusive and connected culture, where voices are heard and change is actioned to support well-being and social impact.

and Ethical Treatment

We believe in treating all our employees and providers with fairness and respect, ensuring that everyone is supported and empowered. Our commitment to ethical treatment is demonstrated through our Real Living Wage accreditation, ensuring fair compensation for all employees. We also offer enhanced maternity and paternity leave, allowing our employees to take the time they need to care for their families without financial worry. Our enhanced sick pay policy further supports employees during times of illness, ensuring they can focus on recovery without the added stress of financial uncertainty.

In addition, we offer company crisis loans for employees who require emergency financial assistance, provided interest-free to help in times of need. We also provide life assurance for all employees, offering peace of mind and security. Furthermore, we are introducing a healthcare cash plan, aimed at supporting employees with everyday healthcare expenses, ensuring they have access to the care they need to stay healthy and productive. We have a range of robust and comprehensive policies in place that support fair work practices, reflecting our commitment to a healthy and ethical workplace culture.

Community Development

Our focus extends beyond our own organisation to positively impact the wider community. Through our Responsible Business Policy, we offer Volunteer Days for employees, enabling them to dedicate time to causes they care about.
We also make significant investments in Learning & Development, offering opportunities like Leadership Development and access to LinkedIn Learning courses.

As part of our commitment to creating positive change, we’ve partnered with B1G1, a platform for social good, and we also offer match funding to support charitable causes. These initiatives reflect our ongoing dedication to community development and social responsibility.

Safeguarding
Employee Wellbeing

We understand that the wellbeing of our employees is crucial to both their success and our collective success. We provide comprehensive Health & Safety training to ensure a safe and supportive working environment for everyone.

In addition, we have established Mental Health Champions within the organisation to offer support and guidance to colleagues facing mental health challenges. Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is available to all employees, providing access to a range of services, including a Wellbeing Centre to ensure that our people’s mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing is safeguarded at every stage.
