Codestone recently held its inaugural Client Advisory Board (CAB), bringing together senior leaders from some of our key strategic customers. Hosted at London’s iconic Sky Garden, the event offered a striking setting that encouraged meaningful connections, open dialogue, and the exchange of fresh perspectives.
Centred around the theme “From Strategy to Systems: Scaling Value Without Breaking the Business,” the session was led by our CEO, Darryl Sackett and explored how organisations can effectively turn strategic intent into scalable, sustainable results.
The event also featured a guest speaker, Matt Lyons, who delivered an engaging session on Strategy, growth, and value creation, sparking thoughtful discussion among attendees. This was followed by a series of interactive workshops, where participants explored shared challenges and exchanged practical approaches to scaling value across their organisations.

Discussions throughout the event were open, with a strong emphasis on how technology, AI and evolving operating models can enable growth, while carefully managing risk and avoiding unnecessary complexity. The collaborative nature of the sessions encouraged honest dialogue and sharing of real world examples.
The event also provided valuable opportunities for clients to connect, discuss new ways of working and gain fresh perspectives from peers facing similar challenges. The insights gathered will play an important role in shaping how Codestone continues to engage with and support our clients moving forward.
